2:00-3:15 PM

In this soul-centered, restorative class we will utilize the Promethean Spark life coaching methodology to connect body, mind, and spirit as we dance. We will begin with a short warmup and then learn a fun piece of choreography from a Broadway show. The only expectation is to let go of any preconceived expectations and dance with joy from your heart.

rediscover the dancer in you.

JESSIE - Have Lori or another studio coach write a recommendation quote to put here about why this is important for students!!!

Or perhaps you danced in high school or college, but returning to the studio is now intimidating. You want movement that feels good on your body, not to tackle the latest dance trend.

You need to dance, but you worry you're too old, don't have the right body, or will get injured if you try.

I see you.

These days, I spend more time at a computer writing grant applications than I do in the studio moving, but I still want to call myself a dancer.

I created the Restorative Dance Workshop because being a dancer isn't about age, ability, or technique. It's about moving with freedom, feeling at home in your body, and embracing the joy of dance at any stage of life.

Join us and rediscover the dancer in you."
